The Partnership Store Manager Vans PL, CZ, SK & HU is responsible for managing and introducing Vans Partners in one of key regions of Europe.
Maintaining strong customer relationships while providing best in class service to account base are priorities for this position.
The Partnership Store Manager Vans PL, CZ, SK & HU is responsible for the placement of correct product assortments across the Vans Partnership Monobrand stores while ensuring seasonal financial targets are met at all levels of Gross-To-Net plan.
How you will make a difference:
Land harmonized assortment of products across the chain of stores in region driving business and profitability in line with the brand guideline.
Perform best in class sell in sessions in Vans showrooms spread in the region with focus on showroom ownership, presentation preparation and execution tracking.
Partner with Partnership Store Team and supervisor to develop seasonal sell-in strategies, marketplace feedbacks and forecasts.
Travel 30% of the time annually where Go-To-Market milestones are a fixed must, while retail visits are flexible.
Develop and execute your own interpretation of Strategic Plan for the region in line with Vans EMEA Strategy.
Lead forecasting and planning process for the region, with specific attention to seasonal, quarter, annual business execution along with seasonal product forecasting plans in line with DTC strategy.
Manage retail analytics (react/flag the unhealthy results and scale the positive results to whole door fleet) to clearly come up with comprehensive action plans to improve the business.
Open new stores with Partners with special focus on top notch Profit & Loss planning to protect Vans and Partners profitability.
Maintain high profitability of current locations by setting clear plans of recovery where needed.
Own the marketplace by holistic actions and cooperation with local Wholesale team and EMEA E-Commerce team.
Closely partner with:
Retail Marketing team to execute product activations instore flawlessly
Local Marketing Manager to harmonize actions for marketplace
Manage legal part of business thru collaboration with Vans EMEA Legal Counsel.
Skills for success:
Solid experience in managing external parties cooperating with enterprise (5 years)
Relevant experience in Account Management as a must
Strong knowledge of the Sneaker and Apparel Market industry in region is critical, while knowledge of retail landscape on managed markets would be a great addition
Influencing skills to work across a complex matrix organization along with excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
Ability to work at a strategic level but willing and able to manage details, where capacity to work over short-term and long-term projects simultaneously is crucial
Task oriented and results driven
Strategic and analytical mindset is a must
Ability to work over short-term and long-term projects simultaneously (tactical/strategic)
Ability to manage projects remotely, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines as determined by Vans
Strong communication skills both verbally, digitally and in written (in Polish and English)
Ability to present complex information in front of mid-sized groups
Excellent MS Office application skills including Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
Knowledge of Hungarian and/or Czech languages is not a must, while it is great addition to expected skill set.

You as Inventory Manager will be in charge of Inventory forecasting and optimization across a multi-node environment.
You will be responsible for monthly inventory forecasting cycle preparation, ensuring Inventory level targets achievement (Gross/Distressed/Days) across all different channels, driving the open to buy process and optimizing inventory across DCs in Europe. You will provide fulfilment centres with the most updated inbound and outbound figures to identify risks and ops.
You will work closely with Planning team (Wholesale and DTC), Brand and Supply Chain Finance, CS teams, DC, Sourcing, Logistics, Sales Operations and the Product Acquisition (Bangalore)

You will achieve this by:
Leading the monthly Inventory cycle, both actuals and forecast, evaluating future actions to reach the Inventory Days target for both WHS and DTC for the EMEA Region. Present the data to Supply Chain Finance and discuss with the different teams during the month the required follow up to improve and control the Inventory position

A University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Management/Supply Chain and 5 Year experience in Supply Chain role, preferably on Inventory management are required a pre-requisite because of the high exposure and criticality of the role within our organization.

To develop and drive sales of Vans products through the Independent Sales Channels. To effectively manage the customer group and achieve all agreed targets and objectives.
How You Will Make a Difference
Develop sustainable, profitable sales of Vans products through effective management of an assigned portfolio of independent customers within a specified region
Plan business to deliver sales in accordance with pre-defined sales and distribution targets.
Identify, open and develop relevant prospective accounts, ensuring effective territory management and appropriate distribution spread consistent with brand strategy
Visit assigned customers on a regular, appropriately scheduled basis, building long term business relationships.
Sell relevant product ranges according to product distribution strategy, and provide authoritative guidance for range selection.
Pursue initial firm prebook orders for the forthcoming season, gaining customer confirmation on quantities, sizing and delivery dates.
Ensure any changes are communicated to customer as soon as known
Pursue and exploit opportunities for at once / in –season Sales utilising daily at hand and forward stock information.
Complete all necessary administration accurately and on time
Complete Specified Reporting – including weekly contact schedule, weekly sales report, Quarterly Report and any other ad hoc requirements
Ensure provision of optimum customer service to all accounts via communication with support functions e.g. customer service, credit control, marketing
Ensure close liaison with your Manager and other colleagues
Order book Management: be completely conversant with current sales and order book status and assume responsibility from gaining orders through to fulfilment
Provide regular feedback to your Manager, covering the marketplace, competitor activity and product development
Visual Merchandising.
Ensure that presentation of the Vans brand in store, in print and on line is maximised, is highly visible, and is consistent with the brand image and guidelines determined by your Manager and the Marketing department
