As Loyalty Program Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the implementation of new features and capabilities to the program.
You will work closely with partner teams that include user experience design, ecommerce, communication, marketing program management and engineering to bring new features to market.
This exciting opportunity plays a critical role in the on-going evolution of the loyalty program and member experiences across Vans. You will gather business requirements for high-impact projects on the loyalty roadmap, coordinate with owners of other technology roadmaps (such as eCommerce or store technology), proactively identify solutions to potential obstacles and ensure the projects’ successful completion. This opportunity will partner closely with key business functions, such stores, eCommerce, marketing, technology, and external vendors.
This role requires experience in managing multiple workflows in parallel and relies heavily on building strong relationships internally and externally.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Align the capability roadmap for the Vans Family loyalty program, together with EMEA CRM Team and Global Team and ensure the end-to-end execution of each project in EMEA region
Ensure thorough and timely communication between key stakeholders (e.g. senior management, business owners, technology partners), communicate project status, raise issues as needed, organize meetings, align calendars, etc.
Support Loyalty team in special campaigns/projects ideation, marketing brief creation and execution
Coordinate with key technology roadmap owners in other functions to ensure the loyalty roadmaps is adequately represented and minimally disruptive to the day-to-day business
Manage project trackers to ensure cross-functional loyalty projects are supported and executed on time
Translate customer experiences into clearly defined product/projects requirements, managing prioritization and trade-offs to ensure delivery of a great customer experience
What you need to succeed?
5+ years' experience in a relevant role, working within a Digital Marketing environment (brand, agency, consulting), with at least 3 years of experience in project management
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Technology or similar
Consulting background is a preferred. Internal consultant/project manager experience also applies
Proficient in written and spoken English, knowledge of other European languages is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, set goals and prioritize tasks
Experience working in the retail/digital industry. Experience managing mobile app evolution is a plus
Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with local and remote key partners
Ability to identify dependencies between new and existing technology and business processes
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to take a new perspective on using existing solutions
Experience in large group facilitation of workshops and working sessions
Proficiency with project-based tools such as SmartSheet, Trello, Atlassian suite, as well as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Proven track record working with Project & Change Management theory and methodologies in regional & global project delivery (preferably in a retail organization, digital agency or consultancy firm)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including refined public speaking skills to manage challenging cross-functional situations effectively
Affinity with youth culture, action sports, music, art, and fashion a plus

The Web Analyst's responsibilities include thoroughly analyzing a website's design, generating insightful analytics to help better understand its users, and reporting back with easy-to-understand data visualizations and clear solutions.

What will you do?
Be part of the eCommerce Operations and User Experience Team, participating to the definition and the execution of a UX strategy for the EMEA websites of Vans
Produce reports for the Management team
Monitor eComm performance trends
Determine most important KPIs to track
Discuss the customer experience and behavior with the UX team
Collaborate with eComm Merchandising and eComm Marketing teams
Support the execution of the AB testing roadmap by identifying areas of interventions and analyzing AB tests Results
Support the execution of the Personalization roadmap by identifying the most impactful customer segments and tracking their on site performance
Take care of day by day minor tasks such as monitoring site performance, small bugs fixing, monitoring site performance during testing, QA activities in case of platform releases, etc.
Using a variety of tools to extract and analyze data generated by online user activity
Reporting your findings with data visualizations that are easy to understand
Communicating insights and providing solutions that have demonstrable results
Working with eComm teams to implement your solutions
Understanding the behavior and expectations of online visitors
Staying up to date with the latest trends in online marketing and design
Generating Segments to be monitored and implemented
What you need to succeed?
3+ years’ experience preferably in a structured, process-driven environment, digital agency or similar industry
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science or other related field - or equivalent combination of education and experience
Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
Previous data mining and analysis experience
Proficient with major web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare and Salesforce
Proficient with major data visualization tools, such as Google DataStudio, Tableau, etc
Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present and explain insights
Ability to work effectively with different people in UX, merchandising, marketing and creative fields
Good knowledge of: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Tag Manager
Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms
Understanding of key Web Analytics metrics and insights
